Normally two days on site, or 2 to 3 hour sessions if full days don't fit.
Hands-on training on your own files and your own tasks. Each person leaves with AI tools set up on their own computer and a few tasks that now take minutes instead of hours.
Day one is together: tools set up, then the tasks everyone does. Day two is one person at a time, on their own top priority, until it works.

AI consulting
Starts with half a day on site with two consultants.
We sit with your team, see where the time really goes, and give you a prioritised list of where AI pays off and where it doesn't.
We watch how each person really works: email, Excel, reports, paperwork, the systems they use. You get our feedback before we leave, then a short written list of priorities per person to correct and approve.
We're not tied to any vendor, so the advice fits your business, not a product. We recommend what fits the tools you already have, and tell you what any licence costs before you buy it.
