The problem
Staff spent hours on routine work: one example from our preparation was an hour and a half to download four Excel sheets.
What we built
- A visit first, to see how each person really works
- Exercises built from the company's own files, anonymised where needed
- AI tools set up on each person's computer, with saved instructions for their recurring tasks
The result
Preparing exercises from one client's own production log, we found a formula error that added the wrong quantity to a process bath and 302 broken cells. The first full training days run in October 2026, and we will publish the results here.
